Buhari prepared with "spending plans of progress" presidency

Muhammadu Buhari Tuesday, the Presidency said yesterday that the President was readied to present to
Nigerians, a financial plan of progress.
Tending to Journalists yesterday in Abuja, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on National
Assembly Matters (Senate), Senator Ita Enang clarified that the 2016 spending plan would be a takeoff
from the past spending plans, where the Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) was exhibited to
the National Assembly while the financial backing was being considered.
As indicated by Enang, it was purposeful that President Buhari had wanted to lay the 2016 spending plan
gauges before the National Assembly after the pinnacle Parliament had considered and affirmed the
MTEF.
The Senate had passed the MTEF on Wednesday, December 16, 2015.
Enang who noticed that the MTEF was the parameter whereupon spending plan was resolved, focused on

On the North-east Development Commission, the SSA said that the emergency in the district required the

"The bill in both houses is very nearly the same and I trust that it might be important to have a body
